Add resources in bulk
Bulk upload documents and PDFs to your ResourceHub library on Shopify: drag and drop up to 1,000 files at a time, 50 MB each, or import resources already hosted elsewhere with a CSV.
Where are the resources you want to add in bulk?
Upload files from your computer

Upload all your files
Drag and drop your files into ResourceHub. If the same details apply to all of them, add them during upload. If each file needs different details, just upload and save them, then continue to Step 2.

Add different details to each file
Once your files are uploaded, choose the fastest way to update them.
- Update with CSV — best for larger or more detailed updates, including Resource Type, descriptions, products, custom fields, and SEO.
- Update from your Resources list — best for quicker changes using Actions or Bulk edit, including title, status, Featured, tags, or categories.
Import resources with a CSV
Bring your hosted resources into ResourceHub
If your resources are already hosted somewhere else, you can bring hundreds of them into ResourceHub at once instead of adding them one by one.
You do this with a CSV, which is a spreadsheet file. Each row represents one resource and can include its public URL, title, categories, product connections, and other details.
You can import:
- Files, videos, and links.
- Titles, status, Resource Types, categories, and tags.
- Product and SKU connections.
- Descriptions, images, SEO information, and custom fields.
